In the Veneto region are produced various types of high quality wine, which are known all over the world.

The produced labels ranging from red wines to white wines and to sparkling wines.

In terms of names Veneto is the Italian region that provides the greatest number of DOC labels, we can count more than twentyeight DOC; We also remember seventeen DOCG , as well as several IGT.

Veneto holds the Italian record for the amount of wine produced, thanks to its high number of vineyards cultivated on more than 75,000 hectares; the territory where these vineyards are located is more than 60% flat, 35% hilly and the remaining 5% mountainous.

The most renowned areas for the production of wines are:

- Valpolicella which produces red wines of high structure and personality, the most representative just to name a few are Amarone, Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Ripasso. The vineyards that characterize this area are Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone.

- Monti Lessini, located between the Berici hills and Lessinian mountains, where they are produced very elegant white wines as well as red berries wines; including Soave, Sauvignon, Cabernet and Merlot

- Bardolino, located in the eastern part of Lake Garda, giving rise to different types of red and rosè wines as well as the Bardolino and Bardolino Superiore. The vineyards that characterize this area are Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.

- Treviso, Padua and Vicenza, area in which are born many red wines, white wines, raisin wines as well as Prosecco, known and consumed all over the world. Among the most representative wines there are Raboso, Treviso Prosecco and Valdobbiadene Prosecco.

- Lugana, which runs alongside the lake of Garda, with the famous Lugana.
