Wine description
This fabulous Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry by Marsuret is a sparkling wine produced with 100% Glera grapes. The vineyards are located inside the DOCG area. The soft pressing process is followed by alcoholic fermentation. The re-fermentation follows the Charmat Method, that considers the foam formation in autoclave.
Features of the Spakling wine DOCG "Il Soller"
The organoleptic aspect shows a straw yellow colour, with faint and persistent pelage. Its perfume is wide and enchanting, elegant, delicate and fruity at the same time. It’s easy to recognize apple. The taste is aromatic and structured.
Recommended food pairings with this sparkling by Marsuret winery
Excellent for happy hours and convivial events. It has to be served at 8° in a high, tapered wine glass, that concentrates the scents.
