This fabulous wine is produced with 100% Glera grapes. It is an important label for Marsuret cellar and represent a prestigious point of reference for the local tradition in the area of Valdobbiadene. The vineyards are located between the hills of Treviso and the zone of Valdobbiadene. All the lands are owned by Marsuret, whose staff controls with care and attention all the plants. The soft pressing process is followed by alcoholic fermentation. The long re-fermentation follows the Charmat Method, that considers the foam formation in autoclave.
