Weinbeschreibung
Prosecco DOC Brut Treviso comes from vineyards owned by the Spagnol family in the DOC Treviso area. The variety of grapes used is Glera (Historic synonym of prosecco). Fermentation follows in autoclave according to the Italian Method. Aged at least 30 days.
Characteristics of Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut
Classic straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet has perfumes and aromas ranging from the fruit to flowers. To the palate is a dry wine, but very smooth and balanced.
Recommended pairings this Sparkling DOC Treviso
It should be served in a medium sized glass at a temperature of 8°C. It 'an excellent aperitif and is perfect to enjoy with appetizers and desserts too.
