A bold, elegant Prosecco with a pleasantly dry but well-balanced taste. This Prosecco DOC Treviso from Cantina La Marca is born from the manual harvesting of glera grapes. For its production, pure Glera grapes are used, carefully selected during the harvest. Once the harvest is over, the must is lightly pressed and fermented using selected yeasts at a temperature of 15°C. As is standard practice for the genesis of prosecco, sparkling wine production takes place using the Charmat or Martinotti method.

It has a straw yellow colour and an inviting and particularly fragrant olfactory bouquet: apples, pears, citrus fruits but also wildflowers. On the palate it is complex but well balanced with references to fruity aromas.

Try with raw fish appetizers like oysters or marinated shrimp. Excellent with all fish dishes but also with pizza. Serve at 6-8°C.
