This white wine from the Le Morette winery is made from pure Turbiana grapes from the company's most important vineyard in terms of size, with production reaching 10,000 kg per hectare. The harvest is strictly by hand, from the second half of September. After a soft pressing phase, fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 16°C. This is followed by refinement sur lies, with a rest in the bottle of at least a month.
Features of this Lugana Mandolara
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a floral olfactory bouquet reminiscent of white flowers. Fresh on the palate, harmonious and delicate with a peculiar almond aftertaste on the characteristic finish of the grape variety.
