Wine description
This white wine from Cantina Le Morette is made from a blend of Turbiana, Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon grapes. The grapes are harvested strictly by hand during the first half of September, after which the berries are gently pressed. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, with fermentation at a temperature of 16°C. The wine is then aged in the bottle for one month.
Characteristics of this SERAI wine from Cantina Le Morette
It has a very delicate pale yellow colour with greenish highlights. The nose offers notes of apple, pear and apricot. On the palate, it is pleasantly aromatic and elegant, with a lovely fresh acidity.
Recommended pairings for this white wine from Veneto
Try it with fish dishes, but also with aperitifs featuring cold cuts and cured meats. Serve at a temperature of 10–12°C.
