The 24 Carati Bianco from Cantina Tenuta Antonini is an elegant and refined wine produced in the hills of Ancarano, in the Abruzzo region of the Teramo Hills. It originates from a blend of native white grapes, mainly Pecorino, Passerina and Trebbiano, grown in old guyot vineyards located about 300 metres above sea level. The soils, rich in clay, limestone and galestro, give the wine a marked minerality and considerable aromatic complexity. The production follows a philosophy that is attentive to respect for the nature and varietal characteristics of the grapes. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand with a rigorous selection of the best bunches. After a very soft pressing and destemming, fermentation takes place in wood, a practice that gives greater structure and elegance without covering the freshness of the wine. The aging process continues in steel and then in bottles, allowing the wine to achieve balance and harmony before being marketed.

On the nose it offers an intense and complex bouquet, with scents of honey, ripe peach, citrus and light mineral notes that give finesse and elegance.
