Founded in 1984, the Andreola farm was born in the area of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore with the aim of protecting the territory, particularly suited to viticulture, to offer a high quality production, based on a totally manual work.
Today the winery is a spokesperson of this philosophy, continuing the family business but skillfully combining old methods with modern technologies, from vineyard care to final bottling.

With an innovative approach, based on contemporary communication, the winery, while maintaining contact with its roots, has increasingly opened up to foreign markets, Reaching a prominent position that has earned important national and international partnerships.
The vineyard area of the Andreola winery is surrounded by steep, sloping hills that extend from east to west between the sea and the Alps. Made of rock and clay sand, the soil offers several combinations of exposure, making each micro zone unique: from here are born the unmistakable characteristics of wines such as the Rive and the Cartizze, one of the most prestigious labels in Andreola winery. The southern exposure and the altitude between 100 and 500 meters guarantee the ideal temperature range to develop a good aromatic intensity.
Here the Glera grape finds its ideal habitat, from which the Andreola company produces the Valdobbiadene Superiore, one of the best excellence among the Italian prosecco. And always in these terroirs is born the term "heroic viticulture", with which the winery creates its identity, promoting the cultivation of vines in the mountains: the wines produced are literally "handmade" in a land with an incline of more than 30% with vineyard systems on terraces and steps, apparently difficult characteristics that today have become the strength of the company.
From the small territories of the company are born the large Andreola sparkling wines, recognized and appreciated throughout the world. The various cuvées are obtained by skilfully combining grapes from the various micro areas of the territory, each capable of giving the wine unique characteristics that are expressed in different sugar levels.
The Brut is born from the historical vineyards of the company, at an altitude between 250 and 350 meters above sea level, which gives greater aromatic and gustatory complexity. The vinification involves the use of white grapes with fermentation and taking of foam by classical method, followed by fermentation in silos. The appearance is characterized by straw yellow color and fine and persistent perlage, the nose is fruity with notes of wisteria and pink, slightly savory and fresh on the palate.
The Dry and Extra Dry versions are produced with soft pressing of grapes to extract the must flower and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, Autoclave according to the Martinotti method or bottle-aging before marketing. On organoleptic examination they present with a fine perlage, the nose reveals delicate floral notes, the taste is balsamic and elegant, with a slightly almond finish.
