A Prosecco that represents the excellence of the Valdobbiadene landscape. The shores of Soligo di Andreola, is produced with 100% pure Glera grapes and bred within the corporate areas of Veneto, under the close supervision of Andreola technicians. For its vinification, started after the manual harvest, the grapes are subjected to a soft pressing to extract only the must flower. The wine ferments in steel tanks at controlled temperature and always in steel tank is refermented according to the Martinotti method.

The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color. The scent is expressed with strong hints of citrus, melon and pear. The taste is ready to drink, fresh, simple and mineral.
