This Spumante Extra Brut from Drusian Venetian winery is produced with 100% Glera grapes and is part of the "Mete Eccelse" line: the name derives from the fact that for its production the grapes are selected from 30 particles of the Valdobbiadene hills. It is a cuvée that was created in 2018 on the occasion of the celebrations for the company's 30th anniversary. The manual harvest takes place in the first ten days of September and the vinification takes place in white with soft pressing; a second fermentation follows with the Charmat method.
