The Sparkling wine Rose Mari produced by the Drusian winery is a Rosé wine with a dynamic, full and intense taste and it is produced by 100% Pinot Nero grapes. These grapes are perfect for the production of an important, refined and successful wine. The production method starts with a slow sparkling process which lasts 120-150 days and a following resting month. This process is dedicated to the consort Maria Drusian. The cultivation area is the Valdobbiadene hilly area in Veneto in the Treviso province. The soil is clay and calcareous which gives to the grapes the right mineral taste. The weather condition is mostly fresh and ventilated. The grape harvest is at the half of September and the maturation lasts until the first week of October. The rosé making process occurs before the long sparkling process “Charmat”.
