The Rosè Brut Millesimato of the Winery Tenuta Luisa, located in Mariano del Friuli, is a sparkling rosè wine that comes from native red grapes 20% Merlot and Refosco 80%. Millesimeé wines are produced using grapes from a single year. Generally the best vintages to create wines of great quality. Vinification takes place with soft pressing, settling at 10°C, fermentation at 16°C and second fermentation at low temperature to 13-15°C for 15 days. Elevage on the lees for 2 months. Ageing in the bottle for 1 month.

The color is pale pink, with creamy foam, rightly evanescent with fine and persistent perlage. The taste is complex and elegant, the acidity is well balanced with a dry, persistent finish. The aroma has good intensity and complexity, fresh fruity and floral notes of rose.
