The Pinot Grigio of Winery Tenuta Luisa, located in Mariano del Friuli, comes from Pinot Grigio 100%. Currently one of the most renowned vineyards. White vinification is preceded by a short maceration of a few hours to allow the extraction of pigments and odorous substances present in the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 12 days. Elevage on fine-grained lees for 6 months. Ageing in the bottle for a further 2 months. The values of low carbon dioxide content, contribute to make it a white wine of great personality.
Characteristics of Pinot Grigio DOC
The color is straw yellow. The aroma is reminiscent of the crust of bread, acacia flowers and ripe tropical fruits. In the mouth it is fruity, fresh and stylish.
