Desiderium white wine of Ferretti selection of Winery Tenuta Luisa, located in Mariano del Friuli, comes from Chardonnay, Friulano and Sauvignon grapes. The vinification is preceded by a cold maceration and cold static decantation. The fermentation is separated, for Chardonnay in barrels of 500 lt, for the Friulano and Sauvignon in stainless steel tanks for 12 days. The wine is 10 months on the nobles lees, and for a further 2 months in bottle.
Characteristics of Desiderium wine
At the sight of straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose it present slight vanilla and citrus notes. On the mouth it is structured, full bodied with a persistent aftertest.

Serve in goblets of medium size and temperature of 12-14°C. It is perfect with pasta with vegetables, white meats, fatty fish and it is an excellent meal out.
