The Pinot Bianco DOC wine of Winery Tenuta Luisa located in Mariano del Friuli, comes from Pinot Bianco 100%. White vinification is preceded by a short maceration of a few hours to allow the extraction of pigments and odorous substances present in the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 12 days. Elevage on fine-grained lees for 6 months. Ageing in the bottle for a further 2 months.
Characteristics of Pinot Bianco DOC
The color is straw yellow with greenish reflexes with an elegant bouquet of flowers to which are added notes of green apple, apricot and herbs. In the mouth is elegant and refined.

Serve in goblets of medium size and temperature of 10-12°C. Perfect with appetizers, vegetables soups , dishes based on fish, snails Bourguignon.
