Spumante di Verdicchio Brut Metodo Charmat Garofoli

It is delicate, smelly and jaunty. These are the characteristics of this white sparkling wine produced by the Garofoli winery. This wine is cultivated in the Jesi Castle hills in the Classica area. The soil has medium mixture. The production is made by 100% Verdicchio grapes which represents a solid basis to confer freshness, delicacy and pleasant. These main characteristics make it suitable for every occasion. The sparkling method process is made by the charmat method at low temperature with a maturation of 6 months in autoclaves. It has to be drunk after two years.

Characteristics of this Spumante of Verdicchio

It has a refinement and a persistence of the white foam very remarkable. It has a light straw yellow color with light green reflection. The smell is wide with floral hints, and it has also fruity aromas of white peach. The taste is fresh and fragrant but also very pleasant.

The sparkling Brut wine of Garofoli is perfect as appetizer but also with delicate fish starters or with grilled meats. It has to be served at 8°-10°C in a hig h and tapered wine glass.
