Wine description
This wine is the result of the passion of the Hofstätter winery farmers. It is made by Pinot Grigio grapes and it is honored by the DOC Alto Adige certification. The soil is marl, light, windy and it can quickly become hot. The grapes are softly pressed and separated by the residuals through the natural precipitation. The must ferments at 18°C.
Characteristics of the Pinot Grigio DOC wine
It has a bright straw yellow color with copper hints. The smell is rich, with pear and honey aromas and a good aromatic structure. The taste on the palate is wide, delicate and greatly soft. It is also sapid and fresh.
