Spumante Trento DOC Extra Brut "Michei" Hofstatter

This wine comes from the use of 100% Chardonnay grapes grown at about 850 m asl, along sunny slopes surrounded by unspoilt nature. It is an idyllic place situated in an alpine context. After manual harvesting, the must obtained by soft pressing in presses is decanted and then ferments at controlled temperature. It is bottled in the following spring together with selected yeasts and sugar, for the second fermentation. After this procedure the wine rests on the lees until 48 months.

Characteristics of this wine Trento DOC

It has a straw yellow color and a very fine perlage. The olfactory bouquet recalls fruity notes, vanilla and bread crust. The mouthfeel is savory and refreshing.

Try it both as an aperitif and as a whole meal, especially with light fried fish and crodtscei.
