This Prosecco DOC Treviso which boasts the Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin comes from the skilful vinification of 100% pure Glera grapes from the Borgo Molino winery. The origin of the grapes is the classic one of the Treviso area. The vinification involves soft pressing and the subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C in steel.
