Produced from the vinification in purity of 100% Glera grapes from the wider area of the DOC Treviso. The origin is that of Veneto in the territory included in the Controlled Designation of Origin in the province of Treviso. Harvest is done exclusively by hand and in boxes from the end of September to the first days of October. White vinification by soft pressing. Refermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature. The sparkling process follows the traditional Charmat method.
