Weinbeschreibung
A sparkling wine of the Extra Dry typology. The Glera grapes are used at 100% and it is produced in the Prosecco DOC Treviso. This Mionetto sparkling wine is obtained by a soft pressing and a following Charmat sparkling process. This wine can be consumed after one year from the bottling.
Characteristics of this Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry
It has an intense and bright straw yellow color. It is dry, structured with intense and thin perlage. The smell is floral and fruity with honey, acacia and apricots aromas. The taste is soft and dry.

A sparkling DOC wine from Veneto, fresh, light and versatile. It must be served at 8°C in a high and tapered wine glass.
