The Blancs de blancs Millesimato Brut from Cantina Borgo Molino is made with 70% Glera, 15% Ribolla Gialla, 15% Manzoni Bianco Veneto and Friuli grapes. The vineyards are located 90-180 m above sea level and are partly hilly, of morainic and sandstone origin and with a clay bottom. After the harvest in September, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed; the first fermentation takes place at about 14 suppositories. and leads to the transformation from must to wine. The second fermentation takes place in autoclave according to the Martinotti Method. The aging takes place in bottle for 2-3 weeks.
Characteristics of this sparkling wine Borgo Molino
It has a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is intense, delicate and reminds of white thorn, acacia and fruit such as peach and apricot. Dry on the palate, fresh and persistent.
