Wine description
Casa Sant'Orsola’s Prosecco Millesimato DOC is made from 100% Glera with grapes of the same year. Fermentation takes place in autoclave as Martinotti method.
Characteristics of this Prosecco Millesimato Doc
A brilliant straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is elegant and pleasantly broad, with hints of peach and apricot and delicate notes of wisteria and acacia. The palate is savory, with a well-present and balanced acidity.
Suggesting food pairings while tasting this product from Sant'Orsola winery
For a nice aperitif among friends, excellent together with fried squid. To be served at the temperature of 8ºC in a tapered glass.
