A wine of great character and characterized by a body enveloping and sumptuous able to enchant even the most demanding palates. Ermete technicians have been able to combine in a blend 51% Ancellotta grapes present in the blend, and Lambrusco Salamino grapes for the remaining part. The origin of the vineyards falls within the DOC of Reggio Emilia and are all bred within the company. The vinification involves the spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, with interruption of the process once the desired alcohol content has been reached. A wine to be drunk young with a maximum duration of 1 or 2 years.

On organoleptic examination it has an intense, brilliant ruby red color. The aroma is broad, enveloping, intense, characteristic, fruity. The taste is dry but at the same time fruity, round, fresh, lively and pleasantly harmonious.
