Made from 100% pure Lambrusco Salamino grapes. The Ermete Medici technicians produce this sensational red wine of the local tradition famous all over the world. The grapes come from the DOC of the province of Reggio Emilia. The vinification requires the selected grapes to undergo a spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks with the process stopped once the desired alcohol content has been reached. The aging for this wine is not contemplated and we recommend the tasting in youth, with a maximum duration of 1 or 2 years.
Characteristics of this Lambrusco Cantina Medici Armete
The wine has an intense ruby red color, very bright. The perfume is rich in intense notes of fresh red fruit, strawberries, raspberries and cherries; great olfactory cleanliness with intensity and persistence. The taste is dry but at the same time fruity, round, fresh, lively and pleasantly harmonious; very clean wine with a great balance between acidity and tannins.

Ideal with cured meats and mature cheeses, this sparkling red wine is perfect with stuffed roasts and grilled meats. The optimal serving temperature is 14 ºC in a low and wide glass.
