From the skilful vinification of Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes of the Colli di Scandiano and Canossa. The origin of the vines is included in the DOC of the province of Reggio Emilia. The vinification follows the traditional method with final fermentation. A wine of the Italian tradition with great versatility and breadth of combinations. It is characterized by its youth and freshness; by young drinking with a maximum duration of 1 or 2 years.
