Produced with Lambrusco Grasparossa and Malbo Gentile grapes, this sparkling Lambrusco of the Albinea Canali Emilian Winery draws its origins from the hillside vineyards of Scandiano and Canossa, with good sun exposure. The grapes harvested during the harvest are then subjected to fermentation in stainless steel tanks with subsequent maceration on the skins. This is followed by sparkling in an autoclave using the Martinotti or Charmat method.
Characteristics of this Emilian sparkling wine
