A renowned and refined white wine, appreciated in most of the world. The Cordero di Montezemolo Winery produces this sensational Langhe Arneis wine following the oldest tradition combined with innovation. The vinification involves the use of 100% pure Arneis grapes. The origin is that of the territory of the Langhe, the vineyards are raised in the territory of the Municipality of La Morra, Guarene, Govone. The harvest takes place during the first half of September. It follows immediately after the vinification with de-stemmed and pressed grapes. Following is static clarification or by flotation of the must. At a later stage, the fermentation process is carried out at controlled temperatures of 15 º C for about 1 month with clean must and allocated in stainless steel tank. Finally, the wine is left on the lees for about three months. Natural drainage and clearing in stainless steel tank follows. Bottling and storage in bottle for at least 2 months before marketing.
Characteristics of this white wine from Cantina Cordero di Montezemolo
On the organoleptic examination the wine has a lively straw yellow color. The bouquet is broad and intense with peach and acacia flowers, chamomile, melon and yellow flowers. The taste is inviting and fresh with a typical bitter finish The taste is rich, full-bodied and elegant.
