Wine description
Roero Arneis by Bel Colle winery is made from 100% Arneis grapes. The grapes are softly pressed without skins and left to ferment for 15 days in stainless steel with selected yeasts, then aged for about 6 months on the lees.
Roero Arneis DOCG's features
Pale straw yellow color with accentuated greenish reflections; fruity bouquet, pleasant and delicate; dry flavor, without asperity, elegant.

Excellent as an aperitif or in combination with appetizers and fish dishes. It is recommended to consume it young at a temperature of 8-10°C.
