From the 100% use of 100% Gewürztraminer grapes, the Elena Walch winery of South Tyrol produces this sensational white aromatic wine from the Selezioni line. The reference territory is that of the cradle of Gewürztraminer, with its light soils characterized by a strong calcareous presence, but also by a sandy and porphyric vein placed deep. Warm areas with excellent sunshine accompanied at dusk by a cool mountain breeze that gives Gewürztraminer typicality and elegance. The vinification requires that before fermentation a maceration of 6 hours takes place on the skins. The grapes are then gently pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18ºC. The wine subsequently ages for several months on its lees in stainless steel containers.

The aspect evidenced by the organoleptic analysis shows an intense straw yellow color. The aroma on the nose is striking for its intense aroma that ranges from notes of rose petals to flowers and spices. The taste in the mouth releases all its finesse with a fresh body, harmonious elegance and an intense finish, good persistence.
