From the vinification in absolute purity of 100% pure Gewürztraminer grapes. The origin is the classic one of Alto Adige Val Venosta. For the harvest, the grapes are harvested by hand in early October and then processed with care. The vinification develops with fermentation and aging in large acacia wood barrels, allowing the wines to fully develop their aromas.
Gewurztraminer DOC Falkenstein’s features
A straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose shows intense hints of rose, cloves, tropical fruits, lychees and mangoes. The taste is warm and enveloping in the mouth, impressive body, balanced thanks to a marked acidity. Sapid and persistent finish.
