From 100% vinification of the renowned Riesling grape. The origin is the traditional one of Alto Adige Val Venosta. For the vinification, the riesling grapes, after harvesting, ferment at a controlled temperature in large acacia wood barrels, where they remain to refine for 10 months. After bottling, the wine rests in glass for another 24 months before being placed on the market. Riesling is one of the flagship products of the entire range made by Falkenstein; Franz Pratzner's Rieslings are in fact considered among the best one made in southern Germany. This Alto Adige Vinschgau "Alte Reben" is a concentrate of personality.
