Wine description
"Opra" comes from Negroamaro grapes vinified in rosè grown in Nardò, in the province of Lecce from vineyards more than 50 years old. In the cellar they are then further selected on a modern sorting table. A temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel follows before bottling.
Characteristics of this rose wine
The wine has a deep pink color; the nose can be recognized hints of flowers and red fruits, sharp and well defined. The mouthfeel is pleasantly fruity and well balanced with a pleasant finish.
Serving suggestions tasting this Apulian wine
Excellent from the aperitif to the after dinner. Serve at a temperature of 10°C, in a glass not very wide.
