Description du vin
This Rosato Salento "Masserei" comes from 100% Negroamaro grapes vinified in rosè grown in Nardò, near Lecce from vineyards more than 50 years old. After the manual harvest, the bunches are placed in boxes and subsequently subjected to maturation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Characteristics of this rosé wine
At the organoleptic examination this Apulian wine shows a deep pink color; on the nose there are hints of flowers and red fruits, clear and well defined. In the mouth it is pleasantly fruity and well balanced with a pleasant finish.
Serving suggestions tasting this Apulian wine
Excellent from the aperitif to the after dinner. Serve at a temperature of 10°C , in a glass not very wide.
