Etna Rosato ALTA MORA from the Sicilian Cusumano winery is made from Nerello Mascalese grapes, grown on the slopes of Etna: it is therefore a naturally volcanic and mineral wine. This wine is part of the Alta Mora line, created to evoke the salient characteristics of the area: Alta refers to the altitude of the vineyards located between 600 and 800 m above sea level and Mora evokes the dark color of volcanic earth, the blackberry or lava on which the vineyards grow and which gives the wine its typical minerality. The bunches are collected manually shortly before ripening, in such a way as to preserve the fragrance of the aromas. After a resting note, the grapes are pressed and the must vinifies in white with subsequent fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. After a few months of refinement in steel, bottling is carried out.
