Wine description
This Moscato d'Asti from Castello di Neive winery based in Piedmont is produced with 100% Moscato grapes grown in the company's vineyards; after the manual harvest in September, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing and subsequently the must is vinified and fermented only in steel, in order to acquire the typical freshness.
