Description du vin
This Moscato d'Asti from Castello di Neive winery based in Piedmont is produced with 100% Moscato grapes grown in the company's vineyards; after the manual harvest in September, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing and subsequently the must is vinified and fermented only in steel, in order to acquire the typical freshness.

At the organoleptic examination this wine shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the olfactory notes refer to strong fruity scents; on the palate it is fresh, savory and with a fine perlage.

This wine is particularly suitable in combination with traditional sweets and cakes. To be served at a temperature of 6-7 ° C in a not very large glass.
