This Barbaresco "Santo Stefano Albesani" from the Castello di Neive Winery based in Piedmont is produced with pure Nebbiolo grapes as per the disciplinary, coming from the Santo Stefano cru. After the manual harvest, the must obtained following the pressing of the grapes matures two years in barrique and is subsequently bottled and further refined in glass for another 12 months before being put on the market.
