Wine description
This Langhe Arneis "Monterbertotto" from Castello di Neive Winery based in Piedmont is produced with 100% Arneis grapes, grown in the vineyards of Cascina Montebertotto. After the manual harvest, the must obtained after the pressing of the grapes ferments and ages in steel for a few months before being bottled.
Characteristics of this Piedmontese wine
To the organoleptic examination it appears as a straw yellow wine tending to greenish; the nose is fresh with delicate fruity hints while on the palate it is light and drinkable with a nice sapidity.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this wine from Piedmont
It is a very versatile wine, excellent in combination with both aperitif and fish-based dishes. To be served at a temperature of 10-12 ° C in a not very large glass.
