The white Langhe Favorita is a white wine composed by Italian grapes especially cultivated in Piedmont. The vines used for its production are cultivated on the left side of the Tanaro river in the Roero near Alba. The ancient Favorita grapes, which have always been cultivated in the Roero, today have been substituted by the Chardonnay grapes which give more profit per hectare. By the way the Massucco winery was able to commercialized the Favorita for its unique quality. The Favorita quality is that high for its historical and cultural tradition that it has been exported in Europe and in the worldwide.
