From the careful vinification by the technicians of Fontanafredda of grapes of Chardonnay born this amazing label. The production area is that of Alba, Treiso, Serralunga d'Alba and Diano d'Alba. The vinification after the pressing is immediately separated from the skins, followed by refrigeration and static decanting. Finally, the fermentation with selected yeasts, in part, about 70% in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 20°C, in part, the remaining 30%, in small new oak barrels of Allier 225 liters. The aging of the wine lasts about 6 months, during which the malolactic fermentation is completed. In the spring following the harvest, the two parts are assembled and then bottled.
