From the vinification of grapes of Malvasia Istriana. The origin is that of Abruzzo, Loreto Aprutino (350m above sea level). Wine of memory par excellence for Marina Cvetic, linked to her childhood in Croatia, is the result of a variety of Malvasia Istriana not native but well acclimatized to Abruzzo, where the rows were planted in 2010, in the estate of Loreto Aprutino. For the vinification we proceed with the manual selection of bunches, cryomacerazione in the press and vinification in French oak truncated vat, with aging on the lees for 18 months, following aging in the bottle Optimal service temperature: 10-12
