This Malvasia "Soluna"" from Livon was born in the vineyards of the Collio DOC, more precisely in the Municipality of Dolegna del Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The vine used is Malvasia, cultivated on marl soils. The harvest is strictly done by hand in boxes; the name of this wine comes from the fact that the grapes are left to dry for 10 days in the sun and the moon, hence the name "Soluna". After cleaning the must by decanting, it is then fermented in steel tanks where it will also be aged at a constant temperature for about 6 months. It is then bottled and aged in bottle.
