From the vinification in purity of precious and refined Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The provenance is the classic one for the Abbazia di Novacella winery which operates within the Conca di Bressanone and Cornaiano. For this label, the grapes are vinified with fermentation and maturation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature in order to preserve the freshness and fragrant notes of wine. Refinement lasts for at least 6 months.
Sauvignon DOC Abbazia di Novacella’s features
A straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The scent on the nose and the aroma recalls elderflower, black currant and pepper. The taste on the palate is fine, elegant, fresh, moderately aromatic and with a persistent aftertaste.
