The Sylvaner of Abbazia di Novacella is certainly a source of pride for the Augustinian monks who have run the abbey since time immemorial. In the heart of South Tyrol, the mineral-rich soil of the Val d'Isarco produces wines with a unique character, such as Sylvaner. A typical grape variety of the area that is worked by the cellar staff who, thanks to the use of the best technologies of our time, create a product that stands out for its freshness and its contagious vivacity that has always made every sip special. Characteristics of this white wine
The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose aroma recalls the wild flowers, medicinal herbs, ripe pear and melon. The taste is soft, with a good structure and a pleasant freshness.
