A wine that recalls the tradition of Friuli and that is famous worldwide for the capability, linked to its territory, to express structure and great perfumes. It has the denomination DOC Collio Friuli. 100% Sauvignon grapes, cultivated on the hills around the headquarter of the company, mainly on soils full of marls with south, north-east and south-east exposition. The fruits are harvested manually during the fresh hours of the morning. Then, the soft pressing extracts the free-run must that is immediately poured into the fermentation containers with a continuous control of the temperatures. The wine rests on its sediments for at least 8 months and then it is bottled. Sauvignon Villa Russiz is the result of a careful manual selection and of a scrupulous wine-making, that considers only the use of steel containers, in order to preserve the freshness that characterize this wine. An elegant white that is pleasant, vegetal, harmonious and persistent, perfect for those dinners with friends based mainly on vegetable.

The aspect shows a straw yellow colour with green shades that underline its freshness. Its perfume is rich, aromatic and delicate. It recalls exotic fruits like pineapple, but also peach and sage.The taste is elegant, pleasant and smooth, with a good structure.

Perfect with pasta dressed with fresh vegetable sauces, fish, octopus or tuna carpaccio, complex dishes with crustaceans, cheese. Excellent with dishes of the vegetarian kitchen and good fella of the ethnic one. It has to be served at 8°C in a wide wine glass.
