Descrizione del vino
For the production of this Friulian red wine are used 100% Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards with a mainly southern exposure, located on marly soils. The bunches are harvested by hand, with subsequent destemming; it is then the fermentation and maceration for about 15 days. Finally it is aged in oak for 12 months and then for another 3 months in bottle.
Characteristics of this red wine from Friuli
It has a pale ruby red color and an olfactory bouquet reminiscent of berries and spices. The palate impresses with its tannic texture and freshness.
Recommended pairings with this Pinot Noir from Friuli
Excellent in combination with meat dishes, but also recipes of Indian and Chinese cuisine particularly rich in flavors and aromas. Serve at 16-18 ºC.
