This white wine from Villa Russiz winery is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, raised in the hills located near Capriva del Friuli, on marly soils. The harvest involves the manual harvesting of the perfectly ripe bunches. Once the grapes are in the cellar, soft pressing is carried out and the must obtained following a first decanting is placed in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for the fermentation phase. Before being bottled, the wine remains for about 9 months on the fine lees.

The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color, with delicate olfactory notes reminiscent of bread crust, apple and flowers. On the palate it is pleasantly balanced.
