Its juicy fruit and infinite hovering length make it an ideal companion for lunches with friends. This wine comes from the pure vinification of 100% Chardonnay grapes from company vineyards that are between 5 and 25 years old. The vinification involves a first phase of pressing the whole ripe and perfectly healthy harvested grapes, then fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C. Then maturation for 4 months on the fine lees in steel tanks. The vineyard is located in a hilly area with an exposure to the south and east between 350 meters and 450 meters above sea level. The soil is calcareous and clayey, warm and well drained.

The appearance of this Trentino wine is straw yellow in colour. The scent is characterized by the fruity aroma of pear and memories of white flowers and a marked minerality. The taste on the palate is full-bodied and creamy, with a pleasantly fruity and very persistent finish.
