Pinot Grigio by Livon winery is produced in the vineyards of the Collio DOC, more precisely in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The vine used is Pinot Grigio which is cultivated on soils of marl and clay. The harvest takes place by hand in boxes with cold maceration and subsequent decanting to obtain the cleaning of the must. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks, where then the product remains to mature for 5 months; it is then bottled, resting in the bottle before distribution.
